Icing sugar is made from organic golden cane sugar and organic tapioca starch, therefore it is gluten-free, unrefined, bleach-free and chemical-free. It is perfect for making plain and flavoured frostings for cakes, cupcakes, muffins and cookies, or can be more simply used for dusting brownies or seasonal fruit
Use in a variety of ways for icing on cakes, muffins, biscuits. Just one cup of icing sugar to one tablespoon of water, add a little butter if you wish for a creamier result. Use cacao powder or our dutch cocoa, vanilla extract, lemon juice and zest, or any other flavour combination, or simply dust the sugar over a cake.
