Sage is traditionally used in sage and onion stuffing, an accompaniment to roast turkey or chicken at Christmas or Thanksgiving. It can be added to omelettes and frittatas for a lovely herbacous taste, or in pizza and pasta sauces to create the classic Italian flavour sensation. Use sage in your soups, stews and hotpots, as well as when roasting vegetables in the oven, or baking seafood and meat.
