Our spiral pasta is made by a 50 year old Italian company, using quality organic durum wheat semolina with 14% protein value. This high protein index helps retain the elasticity of the pasta while cooking, and the appealing yellow colour. It is rich in quality gluten for firmness, and dried at low temperatures to preserve the raw materials. 


To cook  spiral pasta, cover it in boiling water and a pinch of salt then cook for about 15 minutes or until al dente. Keep it uncovered and stir occasionally to make sure the spirals stay separated. Use it as a delicious and base in pasta dishes, pasta salads or add to soups and stews for a little extra flavour and filling.
