Anchor™ powdered milk is a full cream milk powder that dissolves instantly in cold water. Mix it up, keep it in the fridge, and use anchor milk powder just as you would use fresh milk. Alternatively, dry milk powder is often used in breadmaker recipes. Four tablespoons of anchor milk powder equals one cup of fresh milk. 1kg makes 7. 5 litres of milk.
