Balsamic Vinegar is a deep brown vinegar which is made from unfermented grape juice. It's known for having a distinctive, bold, complex flavor and a tart aftertaste. It is healthy and simple zero waste alternative to use as salad dressing, in marinades, sauces and lots of other recipes.


Add a dash of Balsamic Vinegar to salads, use in dressings, marinades and sauces. Make a honey balsamic sauce and drizzle over roast veges. It is a staple in Italian cooking, bringing out the flavour of tomatoes especially.
