Our Apple Cider Vinegar is full strength and has a 8% Acetic acid level.  Made by crushing apples, squeezing the juice and then yeast is added to the liquid to start the alcoholic fermentation process, converting the sugars to alcohol. A second fermentation converts the alcohol to acetic acid giving it the sour taste. 


Used in salad dressings, marinades, vinaigrettes, food preserving, and chutneys.

Add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to a cup of warm water with the juice of half a lemon first thing in the morning. This recipe helps to wake the body up and help the detoxing process, boost the metabolism and increase energy levels.
